Berry's Campground Rules for Over Night Campground

 

 

  • All reservations must be paid in full, in advance.  No refunds. Canceling your reservation will result in a rain check which will be held on your account untill used. 

  • All Campers must stop and register in the office before setting up your camp.

  • Due to a recent bug and disease outbreak and sensitivity of the surrounding environment, we no longer allow outside firewood!!! Firewood can be bought at the office for $ 5.00 a bundle. Our firewood is locally produced and shrink wrapped with a handle. It is locust and oak and burns for about 2 hours.

  • The wood and brush located on the campground property is the property of Berry's Campground. Anyone caught taking or burning it will be asked to leave the campground with no refund.

  • Campers and Motor homes- No Carpets or mats of any kind on the grass.

  • Ground tarps of any kind are prohibited. We pride ourselves on keeping the grass looking green and nice for our campers.

  • PLEASE don't use our fire pits for a trash cans. Put the trash in trash bags and cigarette butts in an ashtray or aluminum can.

  • Fires ONLY in the designated fire pits. Do not bring any rocks from the river onto the campground or start any fires on the grass.

  • Maximum safe speed is 5 MPH.

  • All visitors must stop by the office and register and check out by 10 pm. Campers are responsible for the visitor's actions.

  • No firearms or fireworks of any kind.

  • Dogs must be on a leash and under control at all times. Please don't let your dog bark or dig holes. Campers must clean up after their pets.

  • Do not dig holes or set up horseshoes pits on campground property.

  • Campers and Motor homes- DO NOT dump gray water on the campground property. A dumping station is available. (inquire at the office)

  • After packing up camp, walk around your site and look for any trash that might have been inadvertently left behind. Make sure your site is left the way it was when you arrived.

  • No hitting golf balls on or from campground.

  • Quiet hours are from 12 am to 6 am. Radio's must be turned off and voices kept down. If this policy is violated, you will be asked to leave.  Please do not keep our campers awake. Respect everyone around you.

  • Any campers who have a problem with their neighbors keeping them awake can call me at 304-466-4199 no matter what time. I promise, they won't disturb you anymore.

  • Children under the age of 16 MUST HAVE A COAST GUARD APPROVED LIFE JACKET on at all times while in the river. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

  • No personal golf carts, 4 wheelers, utility vehicles, etc..

  • Berry's Campground isn't responsible for any lost valuables.
